• Exhibits will be located on the Town Common at 29 Waterfield Road.
• All exhibitors should arrive at the Common between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00 AM.
• Bring your Exhibitor card to Exhibitor Check-In, located on Waterfield Road at the entrance to Laraway Road (under the railroad overpass). We’ll direct you to your exhibit table from there. You’ll be able to temporarily park your vehicle adjacent to the Common to unload your exhibit materials.
• Once you have unloaded your exhibit materials on the Common, you may park your vehicle in the Aberjona parking lot, a very short walk from the Common. Parking in this lot is free on weekends, including the permit spaces at the end of the lot.
• We will provide one 8’ table and two chairs for the exhibit areas.

Arts & Entertainment:

• The Art Exhibit will take place in the Winchester Town Hall auditorium. The Town Hall is located at 71 Mt. Vernon Street.
• Please plan to set up your exhibit in the auditorium during one of the following times:
  • 7:30 to 9:30 pm on Friday, October 24th
  • 8:00 to 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 25th
• Upon arrival, bring your Exhibitor Card to the Exhibitor Check-In table in the auditorium. We’ll direct you to your exhibit area from there.
• If you have any questions or would like to review your exhibit setup, please contact Susan Irvine at susanairvine@googlemail.com.

Recycling Activities:

• Recycling collection tables will be located in the Jenks Center parking lot located at 109 Skillings Road.
• Please arrive at the Jenks lot between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00 AM and enter the lot from Skillings Road (Mount Vernon Street entrance will be closed).
• Present your Exhibitor Card at Exhibitor Check-In. We’ll direct you to your collection area.
• We will provide one 8’ table and 2 chairs for your collection area.
