Become a FAN Volunteer! We strive to continue to make FAN a friendly place to volunteer, but understand that we all have other commitments. We never loose track that FAN is a way for people to get to know each other, provide for our children, and support our community. Our goal for the board and committees is to make it work for you and not to be too stressful. Our motto: whatever works for you works for FAN. FAN is what it is because of it's devoted board, caring committees and energetic membership, so thank you in advance for volunteering. Meet the FAN board

WHAT THE HECK IS
HOSPITALITY? Want to get involved with FAN, but not sure how much time you have to commit, well I have the group for you . . . . join the Hospitality List! The Hospitality Group of Adult Programming is new this year and we are enlisting volunteer chefs to help us in this endeavor. By volunteering to be on the Hospitality List, you may be requested to make a meal for a member in need. Be assured that we are looking to make this convenient and worthwhile for everyone involved in the process. We hope to have an active list, so that we are not contacting the same members repeatedly to make meals. In the winter we will incorporate a “Let’s Dish” night where an extra meal will be prepared to “stock-up” our reserves. But we would also like to be able to call upon people to prepare meals with specific dietary needs as they may arise. Please consider placing your name on our list. There is no obligation if your schedule doesn’t permit for cooking when called upon, but the more members we have, the more likely we will find a good match when needed. Many thanks. |
